Solvvy is looking for a talented, passionate Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. The Account Executive position is a quota carrying sales position. As an early member of the team, you'll build a sales pipeline from qualified leads to start, manage B2B prospect relationships (mid-market, enterprise), help refine the sales process, manage the sales cycle, negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve annual targets. Your experience identifying problems and suggesting solutions, as well as building relationships over the phone and locating key decision makers within prospective accounts will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective clients (typically mid-market companies, sometimes large companies). Manage enterprise sales cycles, from lead qualification to opportunity conversion, often presenting to C-level executives the value and power of the Solvvy platform and services Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM tools Evangelize the Solvvy platform through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives Exceed assigned quota expectations. Understand how to sell consultatively, understand customers’ current pain, and how our solutions are likely to address these problems. Strong time management skills and spends their time prospecting bigger deals to increase their pipeline. Strong demo skills - including customizing demos for the particular customer, gathering crucial information and ensuring that 1st calls typically result in next steps. Understand standard SaaS business models, terms and licensing. Negotiate effectively with customers to create a ‘win-win’ deployment. Communicate effectively with the product and engineering team on key learnings. Work closely with the Marketing Demand Gen team to provide feedback on lead generation activities. Hungry, performance driven, and smart - yet a true team player who puts the company’s values first. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management Experience managing the sales cycle—from end user to business champion to the economic buyer or CEO/CFO level Experience selling into technical organizations with several month sales cycles and associated deal size. Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions Experience managing and closing sales cycles for new products in a relatively new market Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred Fast learner; adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and corresponding value propositions on the fly Strong communication and relationship building skills, passionate about technology Able to work with customers directly without assistance or with minimal supervision Can clearly articulate complex technical and business solutions to diverse audiences Superb presentation skills History of successfully analyzing a customer environment in order to meet a broad range of customer needs Able to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real-time Bachelor’s degree Preferred Requirements: Experience and relevant rolodex selling enterprise software in the Customer Support and Customer Experience market is a plus!
