As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will acquire new clients, develop a robust pipeline, engage sales contacts and close deals. This role is focused on dedicated face-to-face engagements and prospecting activities, developing and executing on leads, and qualifying and developing interest in Headspring. Your Role on Our Team Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management and relationship matters Prospect and acquire new business on a regular cadence ensuring a consistent pipeline of new clients and projects for Headspring Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and position Headspring as a trusted software development consulting partner Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while securing long-term partnerships Ensure timely and successful delivery of Headspring solutions aligning to customer needs and objectives Work closely with Headspring’s Service Delivery teams to ensure client’s expressed and unexpressed needs are addressed Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales expectations Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Provide weekly updates on the sales activities and prepare reports on account status (QBR) for review with the greater Headspring team Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and acquisition strategies Provide leadership for the sales team and help develop and mentor new sales team members Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as required What You Bring to Our Team 5+ years of experience as a consultant in enterprise technology sales, preferably software services Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels Proven success delivering client-focused solutions as high performing individual contributor or sales leader Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple accounts while maintaining a keen eye on details Strong contract negotiation skills, with a proven track record of complex deal structure and negotiations Team player with the ability to drive deals in defined territory Strong business and technical acumen Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field Perks of Joining Our Team Work hard, work well, and enjoy doing it - we'll take care of the rest!
